Sue's Mermaid
I amde this mermaid for my friend Sue for Christmas of 1999. It usaes one of Elaine Popelka's mermaids in a spiral rope
Here's a closeup of the the mermaid herself and her dichroic rock.
The rock was a freeform lamp bead made b a 16 year old lampworker LLuvia Brito that I bought on Ebay. There is a head pin thoiugh the rock and the mermaid that is holding her to the spiral rope. Since she is holding that sweet yellow flower. I used this lampwork button with a yellow rose made by Carolyn Driver of Blueheeler Beads for a closure.
